If you think you are eligible for 2008 Charter Rookie of the Year, 
fill out a Rookie of the Year form (available at the Pit Shack) at Charter Raceway Park.

Charter Rookie of the Year Requirements:
Competitors are required to register with the track office to be eligible for the rookie of the year award.

• Participation will be judged on the following criteria:
  Point total at seasons end, participation in all track promotions, and sportsmanship-conduct.
  
• Priority will be given to registered competitors who have not competed in any form of motor sports or are advancing to more difficult divisions.
  
• Participation level to be considered a rookie is five race events or less total.
  Example: if you have run four races in the last two seasons (8 total) you are no longer a rookie.

Season points....................50 percent
Promotions.........................20 percent
Sportsmanship-conduct....30 percent
